All 12 en-suite bedrooms at Atholl Villa Guest House have Freeview LCD TVs and refreshment trays. Original Victorian features such as open fireplaces and wooden sash windows remain throughout the building. The 1-bedroom apartment offers its own private entrance, a lounge area, and a kitchen with a kettle and fridge.

Breakfast is served in the conservatory overlooking the garden, with a pre-order system to ensure timely service. The menu includes traditional Buckie smoked haddock and Scottish smoked salmon as cooked options. Vegetarian and vegan dietary needs are accommodated upon request.
